I would also like to thank La Jolla Pharmaceuticals, the management of FEAST Reno, and our event planner extraordinaire, Colleen Morrissette for setting up such a great event for us on Thursday night! Winners of the $250.00 Great Basin NTI scholarships were announced: Kimmy Acker-Fitzpatrick and Jennifer (Moss) Lake. GB member Kim Mackey walked away with a great gift basket and Beth Wilmer/Kari Jo Passman won the final limited edition framed Guided by Why official AACN themed artwork for a favorite colleague’s office.

We had an attendee not feeling well during the event. Many thank to Colleen, Markus and Kimberly for assisting/getting the care she needed.

Great Basin officer nominations form for fiscal year 2019 will also go out soon so be thinking if you (or someone you know) would like to be a part of our incredible board of directors either on an at-large basis or as an officer… Nominations start April 20. Voting begins May 4 and concludes May 11.  Anyone voted into an officer role should consider adding Chapter Leadership Day, Sunday, May 20 to their NTI agenda.
