This one’s for the kids!

NTI 2018 update: Boston  children’s Hospital posted a great event this evening for all PICU and NICU nurses! Lovely networking opportunity listening to best practices from the other side of the continent and finding out that things aren’t so different anywhere else: everyone feels like they could use more staffing, everyone wonders  why new staff don’t want to stay at the bedside, why they don’t wanna stay on night shift ... And everyone remebers the amazing preceptors they had, who, after 35 years still approached every shift with love and compassion  For their patients and families. Over the next two days there are more educational opportunities for this nursing demographic than ever before at NTI.  thank you Boston children’s for leading the way!
